Our process for making floors that last is this: We patch any cracks you may have, we then grind the concrete to ensure we remove any oil stains or debris and this gives the floor a profile that the base coat will adhere to. we then incorporate flakes. we let the floor dry and then come back, scrape the floor and then add the top coat or chip sealer then top coat depending on which style floor you choose.
